Bi Ko

Biko was a calm presence at camp. I always knew I could go hang out in the kitchen with him and be useful, especially during the first few days, when things were new and challenging. And he gave me the courage to read the hard poem first. Jessica (wb)

Biko facinated me. He was quiet and handsome and has incredible ideas. I kept taking pictures of him at the beach, I guess trying to capture his incredible peaceful energy. I liked standing next to/across from him during the power shuffle. It kept me keep perspective. Then he told me something afterwards that really touched me, but I'd rather not say it here 'cause that might take away from its meaning. Plus, he cooks real good grub! -Samantha
