Session 1, 1999

• An Unbiased Reporter publishes a report uncovering large scale cover-ups and scandal involving connections between the Mayor Michae, and several known Multinational Corporations, such as Michae's employment at The Gap, and allegations that he has eaten at Mcdonalds. Michae is impeached, and The Camp Elections Of '99 are called.
• Michae declares himself a candidate in the upcoming elections.
• Jake, who also has a lawsuit going against Michae, decides to run against him in the new election.
• In the following days of the campaign Jake adds Summer as his running mate, in a move Michae calls "a corrupt attempt to get the Tubby Rummer vote."
• The night before the election, a debate is held between the candidates.
• The most crucial factor with the audience proves to be which candidate has more disregard for authority, and in a stunning blow to Jake and Summer, who were favored to win the election, Michae Wins the debate beyond any doubt.
• Two hours or so before the election, Campers unhappy with the apparent corruption on both sides, endorse the candidacy of Percy the Platypus.
• The Vote is cast, in grand fashion, and as the votes are being counted, a reported asks Jake, "Did you rig the election in your favor?" and Jake honestly replies, "no."
• In a landslide vote, Parcy the Platypus is elected Mayor of Camp, having received several thousand votes, while neither of the other candidates received more than one hundred.
• In a later investigation into allegations of election fraud, it is discovered that Jake rigged the election after all, just not in his own favor. In a last minute bout of common sense, he realized he didn't want the job, and so rigged the election for Percy the Platypus.
• The Elections Commission decides, after their investigation, that the proper remedy goes something like this:
• 1) Jake and Michae are run out of town for corruption.
• 2) Percy the Platypus is impeached for having won a corrupt election.
• 3) It is decided that Platypus (Nick B-W The 1^st) should be given the dual title of Mayor/Omnipotent Dictator, with the one catch that if he should ever try to use his powers, he will say "oh... I hadn't thought of that..." and promptly disappear into a puff of logic.
• 4) It is further decided that further elections be banned on the grounds that sequels always suck.
