Chris Cross

Chris is an awesome guy, his three eyed sunglasses are funky, and he was kind enough to patiently help me soder a pair of my own together. He has an incredible knowledge of bicycles, and anything at all related to them. He spent several hours increasing my knowledge of bikes at Lotus' Halloween Party, and is a great teacher! He has a very relaxed, easy going manner. I remember trying to pass an orange for a passing game with him, and there being about a 6 inch height difference the rest of our team mates found it quite amusing how we were thrusting our chests at each to try to pass this poor battered orange that was oozing juices. ;) He is a great guitar player and singer. Chris has unusually high levels of coolness in his system. You should be careful of the amount of time you spend with the man, because if you're around him for too long, you'll probably find yourself suffering from coolness radiation. Symptoms of this particular form of radiation include increased feelings of well-being, comfort, and trust. If you think you can handle these and other, similar symptoms, I encourage you to get to know him as well as you can. If not... Beware.

I should spend more time with Chris. I find him calming funny articulate, comfortable to be around. He is safe. I would leave my 14 year old little sister under his care any day of the week. *grin* I hold my memories of him dear, in his long white coat(what the heck IS that anyway? *grin*) and his third eye sunglasses. Chris is someone who I don't think I get tired of being around, ever. He manages to never grate on my nerves.. Really good at giving space, and is still friendly and happy most of the time. I love talking about thinks with him, and trust him a lot.

Chris rocks. He provided us with a certain amount of amusement on the Greyhound to Becky's party. He had this block of cheese, and I guess pointed chopsticks, and he was "slicing" the cheese with them, even though it was more like shredding. We all thought it was really funny, regardless. He's also a really good musician (bonus points for letting me play with his electric guitar!), and basically a nice guy.

Chris is one of those campers that just plain old ROCKS! he is clear and calm, cheerful and liveing in the moment. he can play the guitar and sings like on one i know,he toatly rocks in his one way love Heather

like dude! chris is awasome! good guitar player, he's some kind of funny, although we do not know what kind... ;) he's like one of the first peope I would pick to hang out with, he has alwas been very good at haveing ideas bounced off him, and is not afrade to do wierd or insane things, like go on long bike trips.

Chris let me paint his nails in glittery nailpolish! many extra points! mm, he's one of those people that i look for when i'm feeling depressed, because i know that i'll feel better just by watching them talk to someone, or holding their hand. Chris tells great stories, even if they're about cameras. he has an awesome speaking voice, it's really fascinating to listen to, and he actually listens when i play songs on guitar, which can be embarrassing for me if i screw up but is really nice. i can talk to him about most anything and get, if not complete understanding, support and good advice. i never feel judged when i send poems to him. Chris is currently one of my closest friends, and someone that i feel really comfortable around. :) love & music, ~Kate~

Chris is a pretty Green dude, he plays Guitar (and quite well I might add) and sings distinctly and on key. He?s a walking wealth of knowledge and always has something interesting to say. The boy do be dancen? like a man possessed, and has taught me some great swing moves. He?s funny and has spiffy hair (that he should leave down more often so we can all galk and swoon) he?s got good taste in music, takes awesome pictures, draws swell cartoons, is great for having long tedious debates with, and cuddles well to boot. So I say cheers to a funky hippie from shear caffeine land ;) it?s great to have him as a friend. ~Lotus~

The more I talk to Chris the more I enjoy talking to him and want to talk to him more. He is like a tree, you can feel him growing, and he has roots and shade and all that... and he's tall... Um. Chris is a wonderful person to be happy with. Chris is a wonderful person to think with. Chris is a wonderful person to have adventures with. Chris has long hair. Chris writes good songs. Chris has Style.

Well, First off he's my little (not so little) bro. He's a very creative, original person, yet seems to follow in my footsteps for so many things.(like going to NBTSC, and Bicycling...) he knows lots of things I don't about how things work, so he's often my problem solver. Or just reasures me that I'm doing it right. We also get along very well. I can't remember a fight (or even a major dissagreement) in several years. Mayby I just have bad memory. Chris, is a very bright guy! Lots a of & a great person to talk to about the weirdest stuff. He has a cool way around & about himself. He can play & sing great music. I like he's way of looking at life. He doesn't care what people think of him. And he loves everyone! He a really great & awesome guy! love ya! ~Selena

I just noticed I haven't written on Chris's page... dear me. Well, I couldn't write a book on him, but I know enough about him to know I like him a lot. He's very sweet, goofy, has killer hair, plays guitar, sings neato songs and has the most awesome t-shirt collection I've ever seen. <grin> Even if he is kinda awkward to hug... Ali

Chris is Cool! I should've written on here before. He's awsome at guitar (both playing at putting up with my silly attempts at the homeschool group). And he's fun to just be around. I've known him for...five or six years but didn't really get to know him until I went to camp. Which is kind of funny. I mean, I live half an hour away from him and have to go to OR to get to know him? *giggles* ~Franny~

Chris... I never saw such friendly, sparkling eyes! And he's very calming, yes, like a book and a cup of hot cocoa on a snowy day. So lovely to talk to. Being around you made me quite happy, and dammit I miss you.

Chris- I can't say how much I enjoyed getting to know you in Edmonton this year. You give the best hugs ever! I just love your personality - your happiness is so infectious. You made me smile so many times, and I can't begin to say how much I appreciate it. -Erin D.
