courtney is now an employed individual. full time, too! i never thought it would happen. 40 hours a week at borders in the cafe. making coffee and food and washing dishes and serving hungry people or people in need of caffeine. it is the most fun thing ever, even though yesterday was only my second day. full time. ack! talk about drastic lifestyle changes. i'm suddenly having to go from waking up around noon or 1pm to 6am and 7am. i'm having a bit of trouble with it still, but i figure if i keep waking up early when i go to bed late, eventually i'll just pass out at 9pm and everything will be all fine and dandy. or i could just develop acute insomnia. wish me luck. but back to my job and how cool it is. most of my co-workers are cute punky boys, something i have absolutely no objections to. heehee. i could probably ramble on about it, but i'm probably just having second-day enthusiasm, and it will sink in eventually that i have no life and i'm going to fix someone else's food and wash someone else's dishes for 8 hours of my days. or maybe i'll love it even more once i know how to do everything really well and am in a groove with it. who knows at this point. i will keep you updated.
