Energy Around Us

<b>This was inspired by a Reiki session my friend gave me over long-distance... it was pretty amazing, and made me realize again how much energy there is around us and how it can be channeled, and stuff like that. What are your thoughts, experiences, discoveries? ~Eryn</b>

The other day I read something amazing. Every human being on earth has a magnetic field around them. This is a scientific fact. It is not New Age drivel, and it is not a metaphor. When you find someone "attractive" or feel "drawn to them", it may be literally true. I think this is one of the most fascinating things I've ever heard. - Naela

Sometimes when I look at the world around me, I don't see it with my physical senses. I do sort of, but it's like how it is when you're looking at something but you're not really looking because you're deep in thought. Anyway, I look at everything, but instead of seeing things, I see energy. I see flowing energy, concentrated at little points where people are, that energy determining the energy of the place I'm at. And I see how each point of energy is slightly altered in focus and vibration when interacting with another point of energy. And groups of points of energy, and how each point of energy intensifies when something has happened that creates a strong feeling in the person. I have almost gotten to a point where I can see things like this at will. It is extremely interesting to do if you're at someplace you aren't at with any purpose and you are bored. -courtney
