| Glass Of Water |
-How do you drink a glass of water? It's actually a very important question. There is as much of you, your personality, your uniqueness, in the tiniest act that you do. So, how do you drink a glass of water? Does the water have to be cold? Do you clink your fingernails against the glass? Do you gulp it down or sip it thoughtfully? Tell me about you.
I fill it up all the way to the top and gulp it all down really fast. Most of the time, anyways.... When I brush my teeth, I don't drink water.. I run water over my toothbrush and brush my teeth about 10 times with just water after the toothpaste. If I'm in a resteraunt, I take tiny sips so that it lasts me until dinner gets there... if I'm not really thirsty, but I know I should drink anyway, I'll mull over one glass for hours on end.... and if I'm bored, and I'm outside, I rarely end up drinking any at all... I spit it everywhere, and get soaking wet. That's fun, too. -JessicaSkater
That depends on how thirsty I am. Though I usually drink from a bottle, which I fill from our filtered tap. I like it bottled because it's easier to carry around all the time, and always having water with me makes me drink it more, which is well and good. A glass of water, on the other hand... I like it cold or cool. Sip when I'm not too thirsty, gulp it all down fast when I'm real thirsty, and so on. And that's all the story I've got.
I drink water extremely fast. Used to always get cramps after I drank water
when I was a kid because I would fill the glass up and then gulp it all down
in one breath, after which I would commence my maniacal and spaztic
frollicking. Thank you.

I try to sip water throughout the day and stay really hydrated, a habit left over from, umm, dance camp in July (up some 9,000 feet in the mountains). Oh, and I must say that just a few nights ago I drank four glasses of water in about 40 minutes! And then I was really sick of water. *bows* - Emma
First I gulp down one mugful, then I get another mugful, and I usually end up sipping about half of it before I decide I'm not thirsty anymore and pour the rest down the drain. - Nikki
<uselessinformation>Did you know that the human body can only make use of 4 oz of water every 20 minutes? Any extra water goes straight to the urinary tract.</uselessinformation>
I don't like drinking from a glass that much, cause I always end up spilling a little around the corners of my mouth... I try to vary my swallowing habits, sometimes I take a big gulp and hold it in my mouth while I swallow it in little bits, sometimes I just swallow little bits. Um... can't think of anything else... I don't drink a lot of water, I prefer juice and milk really.
when i'm not horribly thirsty, i unconsciously do the same thing marina does: take a big gulp into my mouth and then swallow it little by little. but i have to wait until i'm ready to swallow the next bit. meaning i could have that gulp of water in my mouth for quite a while. people get confused when i won't answer their questions for a while after taking a gulp of water. another strange thing i do is i keep anywhere from 2 to 6 glasses of water in my room, because when i'm in the kitchen i always forget that i have a glass already in there, so i fill up another one. also, i usually drink it room-temperature, because i'm too lazy to put ice in it. -courtney
I prefer my watre room tempurature, thank you. Make it distilled. and i drink it fast. Also, it should be in a tall glass with a thin rim and a bumpy cylindrical shape. Or else a really pretty jar. And dyed a tinge of pink from pomegranate juice. But this is just if we're aiming for perfection.

I drink bottled water. I like mine cold, though I'll drink it at room temp if there's nothing else available. I like smaller bottles instead of larger ones, and I like drinking from the open bottle top instead of through one of those little squirty-tops. I drink in big gulps, and if I'm really thirsty I end up sounding like a horse drinking.
I didn't used to drink very much water at all. I only drank Coke and I became somewhat addicted to the caffeine. I finally swore off Coke a month ago and I've been chuging water ever since.

Fill the glass about half way and gulp it down in one gulp. If I put more in the glass than I can drink in one gulp then I leave it on the counter and forget about it.

I hate water, but I have to drink it. Usually I gulp it down as fast as possible, grimicing at the terrible taste (I usually drink it straight from the tap). When I'm truely thirsty, I tend to take lots of sips very fast until it's sloshing around in my stomach like ocean waves. Heh. Other times, like Erin, I fill a bottle of water up and carry it around with me. Who knows when I'll take the time to do that next. Anyway. Yah. ~Eire
it actually doesn't matter how i drink it, i always do it differently.. but one thing for sure.... i get out of my way to drink till i drown!! i moisturize, drink more water than i probably should, then why am i still dehydrated?
i like my water REALLY REALLY cold & ICY,, always after brushing my teeth for ten minutes with minty toothpaste!! i just feel SO clean and PURE after these little rituals :) :) or tea...(no sugar!) really hot tea, just hot enough not to burn myself,, and sip them for hours!! so satisfying!! its like non-food food! i love water!! and tea rules too!! i got some new bags for xmas...mint, pineapple, etc....yum!!
i love the way water gives me this sorta fake?energy for a few minutes,, water is clean, pure, perfect, healing, cold, hot, makes you feel good, reminds me of nature, better things....... almost live off water,, lol!
