Karen Grace Girl

Perhaps I didn't look hard enough, but how can it be that Karen has no AllSoRad page? Well... now she does!

Karen is my dearest, most beloved person, out of all the people who walk the planet. She's energetic, athletic, smart, happy, excitable, exuberant, funny, crazy, sweet, mindful, creative, interested, enjoyable and all around intriguing person. Bottom line is, she's MINE. She gets around to doing stuff, non of that procrastination shit from her! (ha!). She gives me the coolest birthday and Christmas presents. She makes me mix tapes with her babbling into the mic at 3am when she can't sleep, tells me all about how she's sitting playing with her toes, and pretends to give me a hug so that when I listen to the tape I can pretend to give her a hug, and then we'll have hugged each other. She sends me letters in the mail which never have the right amount of postage, and are coming undone, and are in two different pieces by the time they get to me, full of the crap from her room. She's going to travel to Europe with me in summer 2003, because we've been planning it since we were 13 years old! She's MINE. I love her! ~ Melanie

I met Karen at the HSC Homeschooling Conference in Sacremento. I was quite impressed with her ingenuity as she constructed some sandels out of nothing more then duck tape and cerial boxes in a matter of minutes. At camp, she presented the same sort of contrivances of duck tape.

She is fun to hang out with and fun to talk to. I am glad that we are staying in touch because she is very intelegent and we can converse at the same level.

I have to agree with Jesse, Karen is very fun to talk to. Especailly about philosophy and other 'intelectual' stuff. Karen is way cool to hang out with, and like I already said, to talk to. I met her at last year's HSC conference, and we just sort of never stopped emailing or talking online. It's cool to know that you can talk to her about quite a lot of things.

She is my homie. Actually, I just wish she was my homie. I think Karen's awesome. Totally unselfconsious, lovely and relaxing to talk with. She told me cool about art once upon a time: "Art is in simplifying big things or in magnifying small things." And then I thought about it... and it was true! Such is the intellect of Karen. Karen reminds me of the person I wanted to be when I was a little girl. Like Mel, I think I'd just like to hang out with her. A lot. A lot a lot a lot. Maybe Mel(anie) and Karen and I could just rent a large appartment in the suburbs of Australia together. And maybe all would be right with the world.

My Fairy Godchild! *kishes!* Karen is an awesome person! She's smart and funny and always has something to say. I first met her at a homeschooling conference in sacramento and in a workshop there I was lucky enough to be her partner. It was sooo much fun! After that i didn't think I would see her again, but luckily enough, she went to camp! yayy! I wish karen everything she could ever ask for, and I think she deserves so much more praise than my vocabulary will allow. -RaChAeL
