Katherine's awesome... she's sweet and one of those annoyingly talented juggler. She's damned cute, too. She'd better come to the Halloween party or I'll be insulted.

I am so glad to have met Katherine...she's a fun person to be around. She's so talented at so much... juggling, guitar, improv... I learned a lot from her at camp... -eira

Katherine is great! My closest friend (in distance and as a friendhehe) She's an incredible juggler and artist and she rocks at guitar. She's always ready to be silly or make maceroni with me. We make crazy plans for our furtures together and play games and make up funny songs using titles of books on the shelf *grins* I want to always always be her friend and be here for her and keep getting to know her more. I'm so glad she came to camp with me! I love you Katherine!

• kathy (hehehe) is simply so great i have to write moremoremore. she is hands down the best person i have ever met at laughing at herself. and when she stays up late and has too much sugar she becomes silly and even more fun than usual.and we're gonna learn to drive together and then we're gonna go on all sorts of fun and spontaneous road trips and see the world and laugh a lot. katherine makes the greatest mix tapes! • ha! I'm writing again! simply because there's so much to say about katherine i could never ever say it all. but i'll atempt. and maybe she'll see this on one of her library trips in TX and it will make her happy. katherine is a francesca lia block charecter. she's the violet to my cliare. i remember one time she was playing guitar and she'd dyed her hair pink and it fell in her eyes and she looked up from the strings and damn i wanted a camera. she can get up and dance like no one else and i always feel clumsy if i try to dance with her because she can move so smoothly. she's so fun to stay up late with and when she's half asleep her hand twitches! hehehehe. and if you can get her bandana off she has really cool hair. i'm always trying to write a poem about katherine and you'd think after 15 years of knowing her i could manage but it never works. in 8 months we're gonna get our drivers liscenses and then look out! we'll drive away and blast the music and giggle at each other in out sunglasses. mwah, Frannyagain

Wow. A virtually empty page, where I can say what I really think without being influenced by everyone else's wording. I'd better act fast, because Katherine's so awesome it's not gonna stay empty for long!

I like to think I know Katherine rather well after,what, five or six years of weekly gatherings with our homeschool group? I've also had myriad opportunities to see her in action at other gatherings and events- juggling at the art fair, co-suffering through one of the least well-organized musicals I've ever been involved in (Do not sing bits from Grease in her or my presence unless you're good at it, OK?),and generally crossing paths such as happens in a small community.

Anyway, my point is that I can attest with complete sincerity to these facts: Katherine sings like nobody's business. (This is a skill shs ought to showcase more. Really.) She plays guitar, which is alone enough reason for me to call anyone my friend. I feel like a complete klutz (In the most admiring sense, of course)every time I see her juggle clubs. She's a brilliant thinker, always ready for discussions or random fun. And all you have to do is look her in the eye to see that she cares deeply about the world around her, and she's ready to stick up for it.

So, I say, if you don't know Katherine yet, you are missing a genuine first-rate social opportunity. Go and correct the situation.
