Lotus Flower

Im going to try very hard and not say anything about how beautiful or talented Lotus is, because thats self expanitory. I really enjoyed getting to know Lotus better this year, liatening to her thoughts and ideas, watching her juggled on kates front lawn. Your complexity amazes me. -Dawn

Now that I've actualy spent some time with Lotus and talked to her I have to write on here. Lotus is incredible!! She has really cool clothes and when she plays music I feel shivers all through my body, stunningly gorgeous, and the coolest voice (and I don't care what you say Lotus, your vocal excersises sound really cool:) She's absolutly awsome at the diabolo and whats more she terrific at teaching things on the diabolo. She has great names for her guitars, diabolo, car.... Lotus is very fun to have a fight with sopping wet towels in the pool (and Ali) and if I could pick one person to be my older sister it would be her. I love you Lotus! ~Franny~

Lotus is really incredible. She's beautiful, and talented, and funny, and she's very nice, and fun to be around. She's got an awesome voice, and man, can she play guitar. She's very patient, and she's also a perfectionist like me (that's a good thing!), and she's just very... original. She doesn't try to copy anyone, and she's very true to herself.

ok, my last one was kinda lame so i have to write a new one. Lotus is one of the most sexy, vibrant people i know. she knows everything about me & doesn't hate me yet, which gives me a whole lot of hope. she's bubbilicous to write songs with & dance with & take photos with & even travel with. it's so fun to tease each other, & she has an adorable nose (it's true!). if we could trade voices i would be happy forever but as it is i'm stuck with this one *heaves sigh*. she knows when to be serious, & when to goof around. she's changed my views alot, & i'm a lot more open then i was before i met her. i love you in more ways then one, in all the ways i could think of. your Kat

Lotus is the most amazing person I have ever met, she palys some amazing guitar that I could listen to for hours, she writes some really good songs that are going to get her some where some day soon, she and I can talk about anything for hours, and never get into an arguement even if we disagree on something, I've knowen her for over two years, and sence the begineing she has been my best friend, who I have told everything to, and I would not give our relationship up for the world. Gorgeous, talented, one of the people who I always watch and look for at camp. One of the few people I'm kind of intimidated by not because she makes herself unavaliable at all (quite the opposite) but because she seems so otherworldy and fabulous to me. (~summer)

Ah, where to begin? Lotus extracts sounds from a guitar that I still must wait for a really good night to achieve. she writes songs that impress me greatly and that have (Wow!) memorable words AND hooks, and she has a helluva great singing voice. Her mastery of duct tape fashion is abolute, and her taste in outfits impeccable. Any discussion or jam with Lotus is fully worth all sleep time lost by its occurance. Lotus is almost singlehandedly responsible for my taste for blues music. The deal is still on- I'll be your biggest fan just as long as you do the same for me. May your Spirit groove in Blue. Lotus is unbelievably nice to me and really reaches out, even when I'm distracted or bitchy and don't respond warmly. She's got a great sense of style that leaves me in awe, she plays guitar and sings in this earthy kind of voice... there's nothing quite like it... and she might look intimidating but she's very human and really cares about other people. -wanderlust

Lotus Flower girl.... She is *the best* blues guitar/singer, I've ever hard!!!!!! It comes to her naturally, that's why it sounds so awesome! She has the best style for cloths, which I love. She is amazingly beautiful & sexxy! I love her way of looking at life. She knows what she wants & is going for it with her head up! I love talking with her & I wish i could see more of her since she lives so close. She has hosted lots of great parties. I love her smile & how she makes everyone feel great! I think she has a really kick ass name, Lotus. She is totally awesome, wonderful, sweet, very caring & loving! Holy Crap I have'nt written on this page yet! Lotus has to be one of the coolest people I had the honor of getting to know at camp. We both had purple on the ends of her hair. She was trying to figure out what song to sing for the talant show, so she played me two of her songs and I was completely blown away by the passion she put into every word she sang and every note she played. It was incredible. This girl is sooooo very cool. She let me borrow a lot of her fab-u-licious cloths. But mostly I rember how nice and easy it was to talk to her. Wow. I want this girl to live cloer to me so I could I could hang out with her more. -Susannah

Lotus is super intelligent, super determined, such a warm person. She is pure and unique. She's so incredibly open-minded and not only is her mind open but it's huge. She is also open-hearted she embraces love the way humans were meant to. Knowing her and talking to her is absorbing her wisdom. She has very much helped me to see life, myself and others clearer but at the same time never made me feel like she was imposing her beliefs on me or criticizing me for anything. Conversations with her always include some kind of mind-bending philosophy or brainwashing (this is the good kind of brainwashing). And she also has the keen ability to know when to listen I always know she values what I have to say. She's very talented with her guitar, and frighteningly, she's even good at the drums. She seems to have a gift of being able to let it flow. She's in-touch with who she is and she knows how to be herself. Wow, wow, wow. In other words, Lotus simply rocks more than Bob himself. ~Adam D.
