I thought this could be a place where you write if at the moment you just happen to be thinking about someone or loving them so much you just want to yell about it! ...Not like listing all the people you love, necessarily but just who you're thinking of at this moment...and we can put down explanations of why we love this person so much right now, or just simply say "i love so-and-so" with no explanation...
