| My Stupid Little Souvenir |
Ok, so here's the deal.
Somebody at camp (don't remember who) painted 1 of my fingernails purple. Now, 2 months later a bit of it is still there. For some reason I'm somewhat emotioinally attatched to this little bit of purple on my little finger. It's like a living Souvenir from camp. So basically this page is for y'all to write about other little things that remind you of camp or whatever. Not general stuff like pictures. Too obvious. Little things, like my dumb Fingernail.

everytime i use any of the bags i took to camp i get glitter on everything. everytime i wear any of my numerous pairs of leapord print underwear i smile. everytime i see a feather off my feather boa i'm reminded of the prom... -EmilyOh
When I was getting my backpack ready for some jaunt a little while ago, I discovered 2 seemingly yucky and useless pieces of paper but on closer inspection they turned out to be the melodious words of "Optimism Is Key" and "Rape Me Now" lain dorment since I stuffed them into my bag's front pocket whilst getting on the train in Eugene. I read them over and giggle alittle with memories of yore refilling my (not yours) soul. Ahem. my stupid little souvenir ~gabrielle
This little... fishing weight thingamabob...
Never mind.

I still have the famed Junior, the junior mint box in one of my drawers somewhere. He's rather battered but still one of my best friends. I think some of you might even still remember him. Mel
Well uh, I have a souvenier from '00...A bunch of us hanging out at the train station were protesting the exploitation of the little baby silver ducks by wearing bits of duck tape on our pants, ignoring how many little baby ducks we were using for our protest. So yeah. I have a crumpled up piece of duck tape! Emma
I still have the pieces of scotch tape that Becky and Lotus put on me at Becky's party that say "Hug Me" and "Carry Me Around". I've also still got the duct tape necklace that Ethan made me, and I've got a coffee cup holder thing from the Chicago train station, and I've got the Cosmo that Mel left here....
I've still got my masking tape stickers from Becky's party too. I put them in my journal. "Kiss my forehead" and "Treat me like a queen". I've got one of the little metal bracelets that Franny was handing out before we went to the dance. I wear it constantly. From camp, I've got one of those little tins, that were inside the boxes of tea. My "yummy tin". At camp it was my pocket container for blackberries and chocolate chips. I had two, and this one is the one that got used less. It doesn't smell as nice as the other one did. After Becky left here after camp, I found a folded up piece of paper on the floor. It was the lyrics to "I'm sensitive" by Jewel, which Becky, Marina and I sang at the HSC talent show.
