Once Upon A Kathleen

Kathleen groggily woke up after another sleepless night, caused by Irc. She hadn't even opened her eyes when she new something was different. She could smell it in the air. She slowly opened her eyes to find that she was not at her house. She looked at the window, and saw she wasn't even in the same town anymore. Suddenly, there was a tap on the door, and somebody spoke: "Kathleen? You awake?" Something tickled at the back of Kathleen's memory...what was it? Ah yes! Just the other night, she had been reading that weirdo page OnceUponaTime, and it seems that the stories involved lots of people waking up in strange beds and going..."huh?" It was then that Kathleen felt the rocking and tossing motion of the floor, no, not the just floor, the entire room was swaying! She jumped out of bed, ignoring the voice still inquiring outside the door, and went to the small, round window set high up in the wall. Good Lord. Blue-green waves as far as she could see, blinding sunlight dancing off the water. There was no land anywhere in sight. "Oh no!" Kathleen sucked in her breath just as a wave came in thru the window. "That was smart..." she thought out loud. There was a tap on the door again. "Kathleen? Are you alright?" The door opened, and there stood a beautiful young woman. Kathleen looked puzzled. "Marina?"

"No, it's Roya" said the girl, moving into the light. "Wow. No one's ever mixed the two of us up before." Kathleen shrugged, a bit preoccupied. "Uhm Kathleen," Roya started, hesitantly. "I hate to tell you this, but..." "my room is an ocean." Roya nodded. "Yeah, I'd kind of noticed."

Roya shook her head, like she was trying to retain some sanity.

"Actually, there's something else I hate to tell you" she continued. "About Marina."

"What happened to Marina??" Kathleen said, no longer preoccupied, but worried. "Marina has been kidnapped by a group of Nuns. We're on our way to rescue her. We know she's been taken to Euroasia." "How will we find her?" Kathleen panicked. "We know the lead nun's name- Ryland," Roya replied. "What happened to Marina??" Kathleen said, no longer preoccupied, but worried. Kathleen noticed some things she hadn't before about the room, such as there was a lamp hanging from the ceiling, and there was a brass bound trunk in one corner. There was also a small desk nailed to the wall, so it wouldn't move around. Kathleen dressed quickly and made her way up to the deck.

"Ahoy, Kathleen!" said a group of sailors. Kim, Ethan (marina's brother), Emma, Evan and Candra. Kathleen waved, and kept walking to the Galley for some breakfast. ...add here
