	*Jake O is...

Jake is an amazing cook. And he's nice. And he made (okay.. convinced) me to finish off some scrambled eggs at Marina's, and then praised me for it for one reason or another. I remember him making pancakes for everyone at the party, and then re-doing my job of washing his spatula, which cracked me up. His photography is breathtakingly gorgeous, and every time I look at the picture that he and Jake Matilsky had at Marina's, it makes me happy. He's a very cool guy, and I'm glad that I got to meet him.

Jake is one of my best memories from camp. And one of my biggest regrets is that I didn't get to know him better or keep in touch with him afterwards. It's been a while since I was there, I didn't go this last fall(2000), and the year before that I had to miss it at the last minute. I'm in college now, and I don't suppose I'll ever get back there, or even talk to you again, but I just wanted you to know that I still think about you sometimes. I'll always remember standing outside the lodge looking at the schedule, and you comming up and saying that you just suddenly needed a hug. It was so random, and such a perfect moment in camp that I didn't even give it a second thought. My memories of you are incredibly sweet. Thank you. ~~~~~Kristina Jansen

I LOOOOVE Jake O! ...ahem... Just thought I'd get that out of the way. He's a wonderfully expressive guy on the dance floor. I take my dancing cues from him. He can wear hats like nobody's buisness (see Jake M's photos), and is incredibly (disgustingly) photogenic. He's a wonderful pillow, and doesn't kick in his sleep. He's quite intelligent, and brings up good points I wouldn't want to get into a serious political debate opposite him. Overall, Jake O's a fabulous person to have as a friend. I can't wait to visit him this summer in Montana! Samantha

I finally got to meet Jake O! I'd heard all about it him but I finally got too meet him and he's so great. He's upstairs right now (so of course, I have no idea why I'm downstairs...) But anyway. He's smart and cute and caring and made me feel comfortable enough with him right away that I let him read the poetry I wrote about him the first day I met him. So Kudos to him. : ) He's gorgeous and he smiles in his sleep, which is adorable beyond belief. I also don't think he ever looks at Wiki...And there's no way in hell I'm going to bring him downstairs to let him see this. Ha. Ha. Ha. I agree with SamHe is a wonderful pillow and no, he doesn't kick. And I'm taking tons of photos, so I'll soon find out whether Sam's right about his photogenic quality. Heh. (Oooh! A Jake Collage!) He's playing Poker upstairs right now with Forest, Selena, Irina and Alex. (I suggested strip poker but he declined. damn.) So now, I think I'll go upstairs and see who's winning. Jake... is a totally kick ass guy! I love him! He makes you smile & laugh to no end. He is a very caring & loving guy. He has the best facial expressions. He also loves to flert too! i love you jake! you rock sooooo hard, play cards either very well or very badly, and are just a really cool guy. and i really want to come and help with your house for a bit next year and get to know you better. you are too sweet man! and i get the feeling that, like me, there is alot hidden under that funny facade...

jake is... awesome. my whole jake o experiance is kind of intertwined with meeting and hanging out with a bunch of other people, but individually as well, he rocks. santa hats suit him very well, even without the little white ball on the end. he sounds adorable when furby talking. he's got a great laugh and a beautiful smile. so glad to have met him, FINALLY. love~sarah c~

jake makes me happy. i like how he's not afraid to be silly, or cranky, or gleeful, or whatever. he seems to wear his emotions right on his face. and he asks good questions. as tessa said, he seems centered in himself, able to take care of himself and enjoy what he's up to. this weekend he kept coming up to me and giving me hugs. i'm glad to have met this reputed other jake. jessica (witchbaby)

you know i'm not really sure why i am writing on here i don't think i need to tell anyone or jake how much he means to me. it's pretty known i think. i only met jake about a month ago but he left one of the biggest impressions on me that I can remember. He is so insightful, honest, and caring. He has big beautiful eyes, and a smile that just lights up the whole city. He accomplished something that it very hard. He made me happy and feel beautiful when i was around him. it's not something that happens every day. he made me think a lot, smile, laugh and cry.. and for this i thank him. i wish he could be in my everyday life, and hope that our paths will cross again soon. he is a wonderful, amazingly beautiful person, and deserves only the best in life. I don't think i can even begin to express how much i miss him. i love you jake.
