I don't know what happened in your life, but I know the pain of self harm and I also know that things can get better. Even in the worst second things do have the chance of improving. ***Just take one breath after another. Thats all you have to do.*** Just keep breathing. Keep your body alive. The mind will just have to be still for awhile. For those who are fragmented cutting, burning. . . is a way to re-afirm that, yep, you are alive, and being alive really can tear one apart, so cutting brings youself back to a numbed/dissoative state, thus you feel a sense of release.
