Stories About Carsie

I had always really wanted to talk to Carsie more and I guess she felt the same way. At first session, one of the first thing that happened was we established that we both really wanted to talk. It didn't happen for a while, though. Finally we found a night and left the lodge to sit in the field. We had a great conversation that brought us much much closer in about 45 minutes. People kept walking by and interrupting, and we were getting annoyed by the time someone came running by us yelling that there was a rattlesnake a few yards away. We looked at eachother and stayed seated until we heard a rattle right near us, and leaped up and ran back to the lodge as fast as we could. Only then could we start laughing about it. (~summer)

i remember walking back from the kickass emmylou and patty show (she would call it the "patty and emmylou show", but i'm writing this story!) and i started singing an emmylou song as we walked down broadway. i sang my little guts out... and then when the song ended carsie busted into a patty song! and so we sang all the way home, nearly forty blocks. it was a wonderful walk. witchbaby
