Storrys About Jennyrose

I was at Jen & Kate's house about a year and a half ago. I kept on dragging them out to look at the moon almost every night. One night we went out and walked all the way down their driveway to the front gate. The moonlight was making all these creepy shadows and then one of us started talking about the black plague and how they carted away all the bodies and then we saw an oil drum shrouded in shadow but I didn't realize that's what it was and we totally wigged out and highttailed it back to the house. ;) I remember Jen helping me dye my hair for the first time and how pink it was. I remember playing on the docks by Fort Mason in San Francisco, painting our fingernails and analyzing life. I remember (how could I forget) the one night I spent with her & Kate at their uncle's house in Oakland. We ate alllllll this green apple flavored laffy taffy (I swear it was laced with something!!) and we got really really hyper. I mean really hyper. The kind where you laugh at any & everything because it seems really, really funny at the time, and you can't stop laughing. In this case the main joke was the computer screen-saver which looked kind of like a bunch of fluorescent worms bouncing around the screen. That has got to be the hardest and the most I've laughed in one night. ~Rosie

New Year's morning, 2001. Miranda and Sabrina's house. I stayed up with Jennyrose and Heather and Daniel D, in the kitchen, lying under my sleeping bag. We intended to stay up until sunrise, but wimped out before it came. (We later learned that it was a gorgeous sunrise, but a very late one...) Anyway, we sat there and laughed and made interesting jokes. Jennyrose couldn't stop playing with my zipper. The zipper on my sleeping bag, that is. She couldn't stop biting me, either.
