Would you like to be automatically considered for a $500  work-trade scholarship if you are not given a $1750 scholarship? 

Please tell us in approximately 750 words or less why you want this scholarship. Include a description of your family's financial situation, and why it would be hard for you to pay the full fee.  

Would you be willing to send us a copy of your family's most recent tax return if we ask for it? 

Do you have any other supporting financial documents you'd be willing to give us copies of, to better assess or understand your situation?

Please tell us what experience and skills you have in each of the following areas, if any. Please be honest. We will NOT use this information to determine whether you receive a $1750 scholarship, but WILL use it to decide how we might use your help during your 80 work-trade hours if you do get a scholarship. (We will also need help with generic stuff like floor scrubbing, painting, etc.; and we can teach you some of the skills you'll need for other stuff.) Also, if you do not receive a $1750 scholarship, this information may enable us to give you a worktrade even if our budget is already stretched tight and all our official worktrades are awarded to other people.
