Eira Is Rad

Eria! Oh wow! I didn't spend that much time with her at camp, but I did on the train ride home! And I got to see her in october, and we went to this rock coffee shop and saw a cute guy and I got to go to her AMAZING apartment which is so very very rad, with it's shrinking ceiling and all. She has the best and brightest smile! And is so fun and unique! And doing Stream of Conciousness was her idea! Smart, fun, talkented, weeeee I love you girl, and you'd better get that cute tushie down here for New Years, otherwise I'll eat all of your cake!Candra

C is for Cookie. G is for Guinea Pig and E is for EiraIsRad! It's very safe to say that Eira was one of my favorite people at camp. How insanely coo is she? Very. This is a girl that to not keep in touch with her would be a silly silly thing. Because she can bring funky happy yay into your life. Oh yes. Her poetry is rawk, is rawk your socks, hairnets and various other items off rawk. She has tons of fascinating, creative and beautiful things to say and I feel hella comfortable around her. Eira Eira Eira the only person I've found on earth with a name as close to mine as it is. It's uncanny, really. Even more uncanny how much she looks like I did when I was younger, it's like I stepped into another reality. Other than that, Eira is great to just sit and hang around with, which is what I did with her on the train. She comes up with all sorts of random shit, and introduced me to some good literature *smiles* I could go on, but suffice to say I dig this chick! Yah.

When I think of Eira I think of bright rainbow sarongs and super-curly hair and bagels and guinea pigs and fun. She's one of those people who I'm really comfortable just hanging out with, and when walking thirteen blocks to Monroe park there is no better person to keep you company while you swear and bitch and figure things out. *grins* I'm really glad I got to meet her and play and laugh and even be sniffly-sick with her, because as a person she's simply scrumdiddlyumptious.

frist franny bonks herself on the head for not writing on here yet. that said. Eira is the best person I can think of to use Francesca Lia Blocks phrase: slinkster cool, about. It just sort of fits right in with that sarong and that incredibly cute haircut. Her stream of conciousness workshop was great and it's one of the only times I've felt really comfortable reading my writing aloud. Good group. We did stream of conciousness again on the train and the thoughts that come out of this girls head are so amazing! Eira is always there when I need to talk and she's a good listened. Mwah! from Franny
