International Bureaucracy

International Beaurocracy is what keeps:

	* Tessa from being able to just go live with friends in the US, and what
makes her tell people that she's from MT [1] when she's busking.

	* Dawn from working in the US, so she can be near Mitchell and many other
friends without having to go as far as @!#!$ marrying Mitchell...

• Reanna from having moved to Maui a few months ago (or Eugene a few weeks ago) or from travel-working there now. But why, she wonders, are these three lovely Canadian girls complaining about not being able to live in The States, when many a Reluctant American envies Canada it's Quite Orderly Rationality? I think we have a much more managable system to work in here. To change things.... but it's all about people, isn't it? I think it's time to start gathering funds to aquire that second-hand AircraftCarrier... from Russia, perhaps?

[2]because she wants somewhere sparcely populated and lightly traveled (so that she doesn't get "Oh my sister lives in whachamacallit, is it near there?). Sometimes she says Nebraska.[3]
