Once Upon A Nick

Nick watched as Platypus, cackling evilly, talked to his friends on IRC about their personal lifes, things that no Platypus should know, especially not an evil Platypus. Nick tried desperately to fight the ropes & ductape that held him securely to his chair, with no success, just as he'd had no success in freeing himself for the past several months. He closed his eyes & allowed a moment of total dispair. Tears ran silently down his face... Suddenly there was a rustling at the window. Nick looked over at Platypus to see if his mortal enemy had heard, but the horribly deformed bird-mammal creature was too wrapped up in his evil schemes to notice. It's just the rain, Nick thought. But then the window began, ever so slowly, to open....

A masked face peered in. Nick tried hard not to make a sound. The face was followed by a silent body in black. Keeping a wary eye on Platypus, the man in black snuck over to Nick's chair. He took out a small knife and began to saw at the ropes that bound Nick to the chair... but, oh, horrors! Platypus turned around!!!

The man in black dropped his pocketknife and pulled out a sword, as did Platypus. Nick jumed as dramatic music suddenly began to play.

The man in black wasted no time in stopping the tapes with the dramatic music to an undignified murmer that faded into nothing, as he took the roll of duct tape that platypus had dropped when he tied nick up. He lunged over and tied platypus to the computer chair. then the man in black turned to nick and wispered that if platypus kept talking on IRC even as he was tied to the chair nobody would notice a thing. platypus was mesmerized by the screen and started typing away under a trance from the blue green screen glow.

The man in black took off his mask and revealed himself as charlie wearing a black turtle neck! Nick and charlie sat down and built a few card houses while charlie briefed nick on the goings on. Charlie was the leader of the anti nuns. Somewhere in california there was a McDonalds (secretly selling veggie burgers) which was his headquarters. But now he had to depart to rescue ruth from the horrible fate of watching the matrix again. After giving nick secret plans on how to get to the McDonalds, he walked over to the microwave and beamed himself over to ruths microwave.
