Phone Me

Hello everybody . . .

As of last night, I got my own phone line and phone. Alas, it is the same line that I use for the Internet, so if you see me on here, the line will be busy, so you can call on the other line, aka the phone number in the directory, but it'd be better if you would tell me that you were calling so I could get off and have you call this number. Anyway--my new # is: 219.267.1813. Nobody has called me... Who wants to be the first? Incentive--if you call me before anyone, I'll read my new NBTSC writing thingy that describes the type of people that go there . . . So what about it, eh? (canadian, eh?)

~Jasmine~

Hey everybody! Go phone Jasmine, yo! She's really cool to talk to! I talked to her for almost two hours last night, I believe, and it was great... I can't believe I haven't called camp people sooner, it's so much more fun to talk on the phone than on IRC or by email. Since that stands, I'd like to invite you all to phone ME too... my numbers in the directory or you can email me and ask for it: wanderlust at nbtsc.org It might even solve my problem of "I'm a terrible correspondent, yet I'd like to keep in touch with campers". Muah. -wanderlust

Hello! I sometimes get sick of writing to people. Not the people themselves, but just because writing takes so long, and because you sometimes feel MORE lonely after you've written to someone, because you suddenly realize how far away they are, and that it will take them who-knows-how-long to reply to your letter/e-mail. So...enter The Phone. I suck at calling people. I always get all jittery and think "what if they don't really want to talk to me? what if they don't remember me? what if they're eating dinner?" But mostly I think "what will I SAY to them? what if there are a million really weird long pauses, and I end up feeling worse than a did before I called them?" So. You call ME! Then I'll get over being nervous and call you back! Ironcially, I love it if other people call me, and I don't actually have to do the call myself. Talking on the phone can be slightly weird and uncomfortable at times, but it's also MUCH more personal. So call me, and I'll be very happy, and hopefully we'll talk about cool things and have a GREAT conversation!!! ~Becky~ Oh...and my phone number might help you out if you do decide to call! (608) 935-9419.

I totally agree with Becky! I don't like calling people but I would love to talk to anyone. So if you want to talk about, camp, the meaning of life, what you are mad about, or anything else.. call me. If you lost your second session phone list (like me) e-mail me franban86 at yahoo.com for my number. Franny

You really should call me. You know you want to. We can discuss muffins. We can discuss the dirty grout that is between the tiles of my kitchen floor. Or something more interesting, if you'd like. Warning: I tend to be quiet on the phone at first, but after the first five minutes I'm fine. Email me at kitkat4208 at aol.com for the number. -Katherine
