Alright, here is the place to ask questions about your computer, and what can be done to fix whatever problems it may be having [1].
I know that I am willing to try and answer any Technical (or not so technical) questions you may have, and although I can't speak for everyone, I doubt that the other geeky people around here would mind helping you out.

Okay, I'll be the first to post here... my problem is simple... "GNOME Doesn't like non-root users" the solution, however, has not made itself obvious to my [very] untrained eye... No error messages are displayed, it simply does not load GNOME and returns to the login prompt... I have tried creating new users, with no change in operation, I have also started X from other users command prompts (sudo init 5) with the exact same reasults... any help would be grately appreciated Neal
- Email Ari, don't know when he'll reply, but email him anyway. Noam is currently travelling, but might be on IRC, so he will talk to you then if he does go online.

[1] if such a page already exists, please link to it here, I did a text search for "Ask technical Questions" with 0 matches, so I went ahead and created this page.[2]
[2] Sorry if I am sounding just a little over apoligetic here I just know that Wiki is already cluttered and we don't realy need more then one page for most subjects, and whatnot... Sorry
